These terms and conditions govern your use of the Palm Tree Sales website and our services. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Availability

All palm trees are subject to availability. Sizes and specifications may vary from those described. We reserve the right to substitute plants of equal or greater value where necessary.

3. Delivery

Delivery is available across Victoria. Delivery costs are calculated based on location and tree size. Our team will confirm delivery dates and costs at the time of order.

4. Payment

Full payment or agreed deposit is required before delivery. We accept bank transfer, cash, and major credit cards.

5. Guarantee

We guarantee our Victorian-climatised palms are healthy at time of delivery. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
