Canary Date Palm Delivery
How Canary Date Palm delivery works at Palm Tree Sales. We deliver to Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Geelong and all regional VIC. Site visits, crane delivery, installation.
Canary Date Palm Delivery — Our Process
Getting a large Canary Date Palm from nursery to your garden takes planning and the right equipment. Here is exactly how Palm Tree Sales handles every delivery to ensure your palm arrives safely and is installed correctly.
Step 1 — Site Assessment
Before delivery, we visit your property (or review photos/Google Maps for straightforward sites). We check truck access, overhead clearance, underground services, and the planting hole location. This step prevents expensive surprises on delivery day.
Step 2 — Palm Selection & Preparation
You choose your palm from our nursery stock. We then prepare the root ball, tie up the fronds to protect them during transport, and load the palm on our purpose-built flat-deck truck.
Step 3 — Delivery & Crane Placement
Our crane truck delivers and places your palm precisely into the prepared hole. Larger palms (4m+ trunk) use our full crane; smaller specimens may use a boom-mounted hiab. We backfill, pack, and stake if required.
Step 4 — First Watering & Care Guide
We deep-water the palm immediately after planting and provide our written care guide covering watering schedule, fertilising, and what to expect in the first 6 months.
