Palm branches and leaves often play a vital role in Christian churches Palm Sunday worship services. Many churches decorate their vestibules and the church itself with beautiful palm branch bouquets and also bless and pass out Palm branches as a reminder of the importance of this religious day. 

The use of Palm trees on this religious day is in remembrance of Jesus’ entrance into Jerusalem a week before his crucifixion when people laid palm branches across his path and waved them in the air as he entered the city

We are also able and proud to be able to furnish Palm tree branches and leaves for the celebration of Sukkot or the Feast of the Tabernacles. For those who don’t know, Sukkot is the Jewish celebration of the gathering of the harvest, which is celebrated 5 days after Yom Kippur. 

This weeklong celebration is quite lovely. The building of the Sukkah, which is a shelter that consists of at least 3 walls, marks the holiday and a roof made of unprocessed natural vegetation. Pine boughs, bamboo and palm branches are often used in the building of the Sukkah and we can supply any palm branches that are needed.

In addition, as part of this celebration observers of this holiday make a bouquet of the 4 important types of vegetation. The etrag (citron) Hadassim (mrytle twigs), Aravot (willow twigs and the Lulav (palm frond) we can supply the palm fronds that you need for these bouquets as well.
